First of all, it was awesome that Wayne came to me and followed up on my original loan. Without his followup I would never have known and would still be stuck at my high interest rate. It was a smooth and painless process as well. He made it very simple with a checklist of the documents I needed and promptly notified me of any missing documents or additional items. He also kept in contact the whole time, which is nice... and showed a genuine care and interest in my refinance procedure. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesmen or some weird guy over the phone at a big bank who was trying to cheat me, so the trust factor was definitely there. Dealing locally is always a plus for me, and he provided that opportunity. All in all, great experience and I will definitely use him for future home purchases/refinances as well as recommend him to all of my friends and coworkers.
